We want you to be completely in love with every piece. If something isn’t quite right, you may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, no questions asked. Return shipping is complimentary when you use our prepaid label, and we’re here to help at every step.

To start a return, simply reach out to our Client Care team via the Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to send back. We’ll reply with a prepaid return label and clear packing instructions. Once you’re ready, just secure your parcel, attach the label, and drop it off with the designated carrier. If you ever need guidance on sizing, fit, or styling before you return, our team is happy to help you find the perfect alternative.

Once your return arrives at our studio, our team will review it within 2–3 business days. When your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may require a little additional time to post the funds to your account. If you prefer not to wait, you’re always welcome to place a new order for your desired piece and return the original order for a refund.

At this time, we do not treat MM Productions pieces as “final sale” online. If we ever offer a special capsule, collaboration, or promotion with different return terms, those details will be stated clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.
